2. Own car park with flat gravel surface lit with PIR lighting after dusk.
3. Bus stops are nearby for public transport.
4. Level side entrance to Reception through wooden door (75mm wide) across coir mat well.
5. Two step access to front entrance, from main road, when Reception is closed.
6. Ground floor has small step from Reception to Dining Room.
7. Assistance with luggage is available.
8. Bedrooms are on first floor and are accessed by steep stairs.
9. Stairs and corridors are well lit and banisters are fitted to stairs.
10. Bedrooms have adequate lighting, but supplementary task lighting can be provided if required.
11. Remote control TV in each bedroom.
12. Guest/visitor toilet on first floor.
13. The ‘family unit’ (or annex) is accessed from the car park down a single step.
14. There is a ground floor double bedroom in the ‘family unit’, but the en-suite facilities are on the first floor accessed by stairs with handrail.
15. Staff trained in disability awareness (one proprietor is a Registered General Nurse).
16. Waiter service is available if required for buffet breakfast items and a large print menu or verbalised menu can be provided.
17. Service dogs are welcome.

Swn-y-Cored (Self-catering Cottage) ACCESS STATEMENT

1. Situated on A539/A542 Wrexham to Ruthin road near town center.
2. Own car park with a flat gravel surface. PIR lit after dusk.
3. Bus stops are nearby for public transport.
4. Rear entrance from car park across courtyard with wooden decking.
5. Two steps into entrance hall vinyl flooring with non slip rubber bathmat(bathroom/toilet is on this level) and two further steps down to ground floor.
6. Bathroom has tiled floor. Full size bath has over shower with shower screen. Non slip bathmat available.
7. Ground floor kitchen with vinyl flooring, carpeted dining room and sitting room all on same level.
8. Front entrance from main road into sitting room has one step.
9. Bedrooms on the first floor are accessed by stairs with fitted banisters to both sides.
10. All rooms are well lit and supplementary task lighting can be provided if requested.
11. Service dogs are welcome.
12. Assistance with luggage is available.
